Since 2004 I have coached & supported thousands of awesome individuals punch through to the next level in the Strategic Think, Plan, Deliver cycle that defines success or failure in markets that have become unimaginably complex & increasingly unpredictable.
As an entrepreneur with a backdrop of family businesses, I understand the challenges of successfully executing strategy, in attracting & retaining great talent, and having too many things to do and no time to get them done!
Over the years I discovered what works and what does not, why as a scaling up coach I must never put methodology (the book) before the interests of my entrepreneur. I saw how every company is unique and so I took the agnostic approach adapting the best scaling up & agile programs from around the world to suit the individual entrepreneurs' needs.
